GREY STREET EOT AND LOBBY UPGRADE

We are excited to announce the completion of the 189 Grey Street Lobby and End-of-trip (EOT) refurbishment. The EOT in particular provided some unique challenges with very limited space and height clearances available to accommodate all services to provide a functional and elegant facility for the building tenants. Working collaboratively with the architect, builder and client from the initial design right through to final completion was a key component to the successful completion of this project. With Mirvac as the Client, Edge Project Management, Conrad Gargett (Architects) and ATG (Builders) we are proud having been part of this great team effort in delivering this project on time and within budget.
