SAVILLS 

Interior Engineering was involved in the design of
mechanical, electrical, fire and hydraulic services for the Savills fitout at
Level 33 of Riverside Centre, 123 Eagle Street, Brisbane.

The scope involved the lobby refurbishment, an exposed
ceiling reception and breakout area, meeting, boardrooms and office areas. This
also included the functionality of the breakout area to be used for office
presentations and services to suit.

Working closely with Savills, Shape as the head contractor
and BVN Architecture, this required attention to detail and design coordination
to achieve the outcome. Of particular highlight was the use of reflective
barrisol panels in the lift lobby and reception/breakout perimeter which had
services designed around to complement it.
