Interior Engineering were engaged to provide mechanical, electrical, fire and hydraulic services designs for this existing lobby upgrade at 300 Queen Street, Brisbane. The brief included a new café offering to tenants as well as patrons from Post Office Square. This provided unique challenges in regards to air-conditioning and security services. The lobby upgrade also had to be staged in such a way to maintain building access and egress for all building occupants during the construction process. Working with WMK architecture and CBRE project management, Interior Engineering were able to provide the desired services outcomes to meet the design brief as well as construction staging and coordination.
