Interior Engineering was involved in the design of mechanical, electrical, fire and hydraulic services for the Logan Water fitout at Levels 2-7 of 96 York Street, Beenleigh. 

The scope involved the reception and breakout area, meeting, boardrooms and office areas. 

Working closely with WinEllis, Alighed as the head contractor and WMK Architecture, thire required attention to detail and design coordination to achieve the outcome. Of a particular highlight was the Levels 6 & 7, which had a double height void for the breakout, reception and meeting fuction areas which had services designed around to complement it.
